Rachel Oxborough

GREENA~1.JPE

Rachel Oxborough is a mixed media artist whose work draws on metaphor, symbolism, and nature to explore themes of healing and hope. Alongside her artistic practice, she works as an Art Psychotherapist, using creativity as a powerful means of expression and transformation.

Her time living in South East Asia deeply shaped her artistic style; the vibrancy of magentas, turquoises, and bold colours from the region continue to inspire her palette today. Through life’s transitions, Rachel’s art carries stories of renewal and resilience, often allowing the image itself to speak where words cannot.

A TEDx speaker, Rachel advocates for creativity as a vital tool in overall wellbeing. She is the founder of a non-profit organisation that supports individuals and organisations with their mental health through the integration of creative therapies.

Rachel’s work has been exhibited in galleries across the UK and internationally, including The Strand, London; St Albans Gallery and Museum; Menier Gallery, London; Prophetics Gallery, USA; and The Collective Gallery, St Albans.
