Mark Tanti - Mural and Graffiti Artist
Mark Tanti Created a Mural Arts Business known as Demograffix in 2007 that specializes in graffiti and other bespoke paintings with the aim is to provide an high quality Art service to a wide variety of clients.
After completing his BA hons Degree in Community Art and Design at Greenwich University, Mark moved to Stevenage in Hertfordshire, where he set about establishing his business as a Mural and Graffiti Artist.
His outstanding skills as a graffiti artist and easy-going nature soon attracted the attention of the young people with whom he carried out his first mural commissions. This swiftly led to a number of highly successful Community projects, where Mark worked in close contact with the local youths to create exiting artwork as part of neighborhood regeneration projects. As a result of this community involvement, the artwork that has been created is highly respected by both young and old. The artwork is seldom defaced, and still looks good even after several years!
Demograffix is now well known in Hertfordshire, and widely respected for the quality of its artwork, unparalleled customer service and professional approach to each project - regularly exceeding expectations!
Mark is currently taking Party and workshop bookings and will work in London and other major towns around the country if travel expense is covered. In the past 10 years, Mark has worked extensively for Stevenage, Welwyn and Hatfield Borough Councils and has met many of the town's local Councilors and Mayors, providing graffiti workshops for young people as well as site-specific murals for neighborhood regeneration projects.
Mark was recently honored to attend the unveiling ceremony of the Faces of Stevenage and having his portrait included in the mural that runs through the Gordon Graig walk way to the train station. Mark Has recently worked for clients such as UKAWP, Anglian Dental, Oaklands College, North Herts College, Anytime Fitness, Spacetor, Habit Creative, Cosmopolitan, Lister Hospital, Sony, Rimmel London, Indig02, Crossfit Gym 1971, Iron Phoenix Gym and has even painted a live demonstration at the Belgravia, London Excel Arena and the Hilton Hotel Park Lane.
Mark has first started off as a Digswell Arts member and had a studio at the Fairlands valley Farmhouse and is now a Member of the Stevenage Arts Society where he currently has a studio and exhibits works at Springfield House Stevenage.
His artistic skills cover a wide range of styles and expressed in a variety of mediums.
